Text Health Support
We offer Text Health Support for current clients. Text Health Support enables our clients to text your counselor between appointments.
How does it work?
Once the client’s counselor receives a text, the counselor has a 24-hour business day window of time to respond to the client. See FAQ section below for examples.
Subscriptions are available on a weekly basis.
- $25/week for existing clients currently scheduled for sessions
- Text Health Support is not covered by insurance
- Each Friday, the client’s credit card on file will be charged for the following week’s service
- Counselors Associates Ltd reserves the right to cancel subscriptions
- Counselors Associates Ltd reserves the right to not offer a subscription due to availability or program discontinuation
Answers to FAQs:
- After signing up, the client will receive a secure and private text link directly to their counselor.
- Kids can use it with parental / guardian consent
- The client’s counselor will respond within 24-hour business day of the latest text the client sent. If the client texts the counselor at noon on Tuesday, the client will receive a response by noon on Wednesday. If the client texts at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, the latest the client will receive a response would be 4:30 p.m. on Friday. If the client texts at 8 p.m. on Friday, the client will receive a response by 8 p.m. on Monday, excluding holidays
- Cancellations can be made on a weekly basis, taking effect on Mondays, after a confirmed cancellation request is completed
- Service is not pro-rated
- Clients may sign up or cancel by calling our front office staff at 618-972-1568
