Zoe believes that to be complex is to be human. As such, she creates a counseling space where clients can feel understood as their most beautifully complex and authentic selves. She takes a person-centered approach to counseling, walking alongside the client as they navigate their unique journey of self-exploration, acceptance, and healing. Zoe also integrates techniques from Strengths-Based, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing modalities to best support each client and their specific needs.
Zoe enjoys working with adult clients from all walks of life. She has significant experience working with students and individuals healing from challenging family dynamics. Zoe approaches all clients through a feminist, multicultural, and trauma-informed lens and provides therapy that is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming.
