Karagan uses an integrated therapeutic approach applying Client-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques.
Karagan strives to empower her clients by having a non-judgmental attitude and meeting clients where they are. She fosters an environment of genuineness and authenticity with clients. She assists clients in building skills that empower them to independently cope with current and future problems.
Karagan specializes in treating teens and young adults regarding concerns including Anxiety, Depression, and Young Adult Life Transitions. She also works with LGBTQ+ individuals on matters such as Self-Exploration, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression.
Karagan has experience in a community mental health setting and is Safe Zone trained.
