TJ believes that each person deserves a compassionate, welcoming space to discover their wants, needs, and values. He invites you to build safety within the discomfort of exploring who you are, without judgment, to truly understand who you want to become. In providing that space, clients can take back control in areas of their lives where they previously felt powerless.

He uses an eclectic approach which incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy. TJ is a seasoned clinician with nearly 10 years of clinical experience working with diverse presenting concerns and populations. TJ enjoys working with individuals and couples needing support to better understand their experiences, emotions, and relationships.

TJ is not here to change you, to tell you what is ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ – he is here to help you feel more comfortable with making the decisions that will help you reach your goals. It is a collaborative process that he believes and hopes you allow him to accompany you in that journey.
