Sarah’s model for a therapeutic space is to provide a comfortable, safe environment for clients to express their needs, process their emotions, as well as foster personal growth. They specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and middle-aged clients. Sarah enjoys tailoring care to the client, using a variety of approaches and methods. Some of these methods include Dialectical Behavior, Person-Centered Therapy, Art and Narrative processes, and many others.
Applying these methods, Sarah addresses a variety of presenting concerns including generalized anxiety or stress, LGBTQIA+ identities, relationship concerns, disordered eating, as well as others.
Sarah values each client as an individual with specific needs, knowledge of self, and strengths. By connecting clients in ways that are specific to them, Sarah walks alongside clients as they self-discover and grow, while encouraging them through the steps along the way.
