Sara’s approach to therapy is centered on building trust and relationships. She creates a non-judgmental and safe place for clients to open up and allow themselves to become the best version of themselves. Sara communicates effectively with her clients and inspires them on their journey. She takes an individual approach with each client, considering unique abilities and background. Sara specializes in treating college students, athletes, teenagers, young adults, and adults. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy.

Sara believes that everyone has their own unique journey, and that each individual deserves to be loved. She empowers her clients to pursue personal growth and find ways where the clients can embrace their authentic selves.
