Melissa Kettler is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and families to support emotional growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Melissa believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in practical strategies clients can use in everyday life. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space while also helping clients build insight, accountability,
and confidence.

Melissa has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy across multiple levels of care. She has worked closely with teens and families navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, school-related stress, life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties. Melissa also has experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, helping clients build social skills, emotional awareness, coping strategies, and communication skills while honoring each individual’s unique strengths and needs. Her clinical approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, strengths-based practices, and family systems theory. Melissa places strong emphasis on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthy coping skills and realistic, individualized goals. She regularly incorporates psychoeducation, skill-building, and collaborative treatment planning to support long-term success both in and outside of therapy.

Melissa is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to balance empathy with gentle challenge. She values authenticity, consistency, and trust within the therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported and empowered to take ownership of their growth.
