Megan believes that therapy is an integral part of self-care, growth, and ultimate wellness. Throughout her years of professional experience Megan has enjoyed working with children, adults, and aging and disabled adults in achieving optimal mental health. She provides a welcoming, safe environment for clients to express themselves openly, providing strengths based and empowering feedback.

Megan encompasses a variety of therapeutic techniques in her practice including Systems Therapy, Person in Environment Therapy, Empowerment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
