Me’Ashah believes that the therapy process is a catalyst for growth. She believes in tailoring her therapeutic approach to fit with her patients’ choices and needs. Her favorite quote by Bruce Lee states, “If I could be like anything in the world I would be like water, because it is formless and its always adjusting its shape due to its circumstance.” Me’Ashah’s eclectic approach with her patients works well as she believes everyone is unique and responds differently to treatment. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy are a few of the approaches Me’Ashah uses to help her clients grow, heal, and improve.

Me’Ashah specializes in serving young adults 18+ years old, couples and parents. Me’Ashah values building a therapeutic relationship establishing a safe space for the therapeutic process with her patients. She helps her patients learn to adjust their thinking which results in healthier behaviors to empower them to be the best versions of themselves.
