Mark has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and a proven track record of
building and leading operations teams and operations software teams to deliver on organization
goal achievement.  Mark started in the technology industry as a consultant for Enterprise
Resource Planning software while working at The Summit Group, Inc. later purchased by Ciber.
Mark left the consulting world to tackle the eCommerce industry with Global Sports Interactive,
now Radial, a bpost company.  In his eCommerce industry role, he served as an operations
software and software integration expert supporting multinational, e-commerce fulfillment for
over twenty fulfillment centers and thousands of end users.  Mark practices core values of
integrity, collaboration, curiosity, respect, and passion in his daily work-life balance.  He holds a
B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
