Mariah is a Licensed Clinician and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist.  Mariah’s focus in the therapeutic space is to provide a comfortable environment to grow and explore together through visual art, movement, music, writing, drama, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, or traditional talk therapy.  She has experience working with clients of all ages starting as young as 5 years old and places specific emphasis on the importance of self-care and communication skills.  Mariah currently works with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults in areas of anxiety management, depression management, coping with transitions, and identity development.
