Madeline specializes in adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and concerns with self-esteem. Madeline partners with clients to navigate the stress, challenges, and concerns that may come with life transitions. Madeline aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to freely share their thoughts and feelings. She approaches therapy with empathy and understanding with the hope of supporting clients through their journey with care and validation.
When working with clients, Madeline believes in utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Through collaboration, Madeline works with her clients to set goals and adjusts the therapeutic approach based on client needs. Madeline believes that we all possess within ourselves the potential for transformation, growth, and healing.
