Kelly believes therapy is a safe place to reflect, heal, and grow with the support of an understanding clinician.
She knows we are all continuously learning more about the world and ourselves, and that it can be helpful to have someone to help navigate the challenging feelings that may arise. Kelly strongly values client’s self-determination when working together to create and achieve goals. She acknowledges that the individuality of each person requires different treatment methods and uses a combination of approaches including, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Kelly specializes in serving individuals 18+ years old, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-worth issues, grief, or something similar.
