Kelly believes therapy is a safe place to reflect, heal, and grow with the support of an understanding clinician. She understands individuals are all continuously learning more about the world and themselves, and that it can be helpful to have someone help navigate the challenging feelings that may arise. Kelly strongly values the client’s self-determination when working together to create and achieve goals. She acknowledges that the individuality of each person requires different treatment methods and uses a combination of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Kelly specializes in serving individual adults 18 and older, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-worth issues, grief, and trauma.
Kelly practices under the supervision of Executive Clinical Director Jennifer Ellis, LCSW.
