Josie’s philosophy in therapy is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can work towards achieving their goals. She works with children, teenagers, young adults, and geriatric adults that are navigating life challenges. She understands that each client has unique needs and requires an individualized approach during therapy.

 

To empower her clients, Josie uses an integrated therapeutic approach with a range of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy techniques. By utilizing a variety of techniques, Josie tailors her treatment plans to the individual needs of each client.

 

Josie provides an atmosphere where clients can set their own pace. Her mission is to help each client achieve their goals and feel empowered through collaboration and acceptance.
