Jessica works with adults and older teens who are navigating neurodiversity, sex and intimacy concerns, and substance use, either individually or within relationships. She is a Sexual Health Alliance student studying couples and sex therapy and is especially drawn to working with clients who want therapy that helps them find meaning and build a deeper understanding of themselves. Her goal is to provide therapy that is clear, grounded, and practical, while still allowing space for curiosity and lasting growth.

Jessica utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. For couples, Jessica utilizes a Gottman-informed approach that focuses on communication, emotional regulation, conflict patterns, and repair. She integrates sexual health into therapy when ADHD, stress, recovery, or relationship dynamics are impacting desire, connection, or trust. Her background in crisis intervention and peer recovery informs her ability to work with high-intensity emotions while keeping sessions focused and productive
