Jazzmine has her Masters Degree in clinical mental health counseling from McKendree University. She believes therapy is meant to be a safe place for her clients. She creates safety by providing a nonjudgmental and accepting space for her clients. Jazzmine believes therapy is a collaborative process to help her clients achieve growth, healing and a place to meet their goals. Jazzmine has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families.

Jazzmine applies a variety of techniques to her practice including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Thera play, and Family System Model. She believes in using an integrative approach unique to each client. Jazzmine values honesty, trust, respect and connection within the therapeutic relationship. She enjoys working with children and their caregivers to address concerns and foster change. By working through
family concerns with clients, Jazzmine’s hope is that clients learn to understand and empathize with one another to bring growth.
