Darionne’s main goal for therapy is to create a safe space for clients. She prioritizes building rapport and trust. This is done through utilization of various therapy approaches, such as cognitive behavioral, person centered, strength based, and motivational interviewing. Darionne recognizes that every client has a unique and specific background which calls for an individualized approach to treatment.

Darionne implements a casual and conversational environment in therapy. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, such as children, adolescents, and adults, but deeply enjoys assisting adolescents in navigating life struggles. Darionne specializes in treating anxiety & depression, assertiveness & boundaries, self-esteem, body positivity, stress management, interpersonal relationships, cultural issues, women’s issues, and life transitions.

Darionne believes that everyone has a story to tell. She strives to have clients leave her office with a renewed sense of self and purpose. She utilizes a collaborative approach where the client plays an active role in creating goals and objectives in their treatment. Darionne wants her clients to know that their voice will always be heard with her. She also serves multicultural clients and populations, assisting them in navigating personal and systemic issues.
