Chelsea’s goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to explore patterns of behavior, challenge themselves, develop goals, process painful life experiences, tap into potential, and increase self-awareness. She believes that therapy is holistic and concerns the whole person; spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional. Chelsea specializes in treating adolescents and adults. Chelsea uses eclectic therapeutic interventions to be attentive to the individuality of clients. Her eclectic therapy style incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

Chelsea values unconditional positive regard and non-judgmental communication in each therapeutic relationship with clients. She supports her clients in identifying their challenges and building their ‘inner toolbox’ to overcome life’s obstacles. Chelsea encourages her clients to confront their challenges outside of therapy and offers unbiased guidance during their healing journey.
