Choosing the right therapist is an important step in your mental health journey. Brandi believes that
therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process and is here to walk alongside you — or your child
— with empathy, guidance, and practical tools for growth. With many years of experience providing
therapy, Brandi brings a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face. Her clinical
focus is with adolescents and adults but also works with parents to help them better understand and
support their teen’s emotional and behavioral needs. Whether your family is navigating anxiety,
depression, trauma, or everyday stressors, her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where
meaningful progress can happen.

Brandi draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She tailors each
treatment plan to fit the unique needs and strengths of the individual or family she’s working with.

In addition to private practice, Brandi has experience in a range of settings — including schools, in-home
therapy, and residential treatment — which allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to the work
she does.

At the heart of her approach is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.
Sometimes, we just need a compassionate, objective partner to help us move forward. As a therapist,
Brandi offers a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment and is honored to work with her
clients.
