Becka strives to develop a comfortable, safe, and trusting environment for all clients to feel
understood. She prioritizes a collaborative therapeutic alliance that encourages individuals to
achieve their goals. Becka offers neurodiversity-affirming therapy that prioritizes sensory
needs, communication preferences, and identity development.
Becka enjoys assisting clients with anxiety, depression, social-emotional regulation, behavioral
issues, and stress management. She believes in using an integrative approach unique to each
individual, utilizing Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Becka values honesty, connection, and empowerment when
establishing therapeutic relationships.
Becka aspires to help children, teens, and adults build insight into patterns, develop tools to
manage distress, and reconnect with the parts of life that feel meaningful. Whether someone is
seeking structure, clarity, coping skills, or a safe place to process, Becka aims to meet them
