Becca believes that counseling is a place for anyone and everyone. She provides a
space for clients to feel comfortable expressing their feelings and finding ways to
develop new skills. She feels life can be challenging at times and aims to provide
clients with valuable skills to work through those times. Becca specializes in treating
college students, athletes, adults, and geriatric adults. She uses an eclectic approach
because she feels each situation and each client is unique having their own way of
handling those situations. Some of the therapy approaches she uses include
cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma informed therapy,
and mindfulness.

Becca feels that meeting clients where they are and allowing them to work at their
own pace helps to facilitate change. She values the connection between the mind
and the body and aims to assist clients in becoming reconnected with themselves
physically and mentally.
