Anna’s goal for therapy is to help her clients reach their full potential by obtaining a happier, healthier lifestyle. She uses an integrative approach to counseling to help meet clients’ needs and fully involve them in the therapeutic process. She provides an open and caring atmosphere where the client feels involved and empowered. When working with couples, she helps explore relationship patterns and communication concerns at various stages of the relationship. Anna practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in her sessions.
Anna works with older adolescents, college students, adults, and couples. She has over fifteen years’ experience working in the mental health field including counseling at the college level and community mental health in which she worked with clients involved in the court system due to concerns related to substance abuse.
