Amanda values a safe non-judgmental environment where individuals are respected and heard regardless of their background and experiences. Amanda utilizes Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques with her patients. She collaborates with her patients to identify their strengths, needs and preferences. She understands that navigating life and change can be unpredictable and overwhelming at times. Amanda is grateful to help her patients on their journey to living a well-balanced and fulfilling life.

Amanda enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She utilizes age-appropriate therapy techniques to help her clients improve. She helps her clients to identify their emotions, develop healthy coping skills and healthy communication skills. She helps her clients discover what contributes to overall wellness and how to implement this in their lives. She works with her clients on a variety of concerns including self-care, self-love and behavioral change for the betterment of their lives.

Amanda appreciates the positive impact mindfulness has on her patients and is an avid teacher of mindfulness practices. As a registered yoga teacher, she introduces both wellness and mindfulness practices into treatment to promote and encourage healthy coping skills that her patients incorporate into their lives.

Amanda specializes in grief and loss, trauma, and the overall development of wellness in her patients.
