Amanda creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where every individual is respected and heard,
regardless of their background or life experiences. She uses a blend of Client-Centered Therapy and
Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, focusing on problem-solving skills to help clients identify areas in their lives they may seek change in and develop action steps toward those changes.

Amanda collaborates with her clients to explore their emotions, strengths, and needs. She believes that overall wellness is personal to the individual. She works with each client to define what wellness
specifically means for them. Together, individualized coping strategies will be created that can support
their journey of personal wellness.

Understanding that life transitions and changes can be overwhelming, Amanda provides a welcoming
space for clients to process these shifts at their own pace, when ready. She values mindfulness and
incorporates it into her practice. As a registered yoga teacher, she brings wellness and mindfulness
techniques into therapy, that clients can integrate into their daily lives.

Amanda specializes in seeing individuals 10 years old and up experiencing grief and loss, anxiety,
navigating family dynamics/structure, motherhood, trauma, and life transitions. Whether dealing with
job or school-related stress, or seeking overall life balance, Amanda offers guidance to help clients find
clarity and growth.
