Alex helps children and adolescents, and young adults gain the tools they need to face the challenges in their world. He believes in creating a strong therapeutic relationship for children and adults and a relaxed atmosphere in his counseling office.

Alex uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques along with modalities from Adlerian Play Therapy. He has interest in Gestalt Therapy as well to help broaden his ability to help as many people as he can. He is working towards his Registered Play therapy credentials and full licensure.
