Adrienne’s vision in therapy is to provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can explore problems and work toward client driven goals. Adrienne takes a client centered approach to treatment and believes every client is unique and must be met where they are for therapy to be effective. Adrienne takes an eclectic approach to therapy to meet client’s needs utilizing Play-Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Model, to help her clients meet their goals. She specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. 

Adrienne’s experience includes navigating the issues of Military life to include acute stress related to transition, deployment, and adjustment for both service members and their families. Additionally, Adrienne has experience in treating teenagers, college students, and young adults as they navigate significant life changes and figure out who they are or who they want to become.
