Katelyn believes that everyone has all the tools within themselves to be successful. She is passionate about cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients to help them uncover and utilize their strengths and find purpose in life. Katelyn has learned from her clients that each person is living their own unique life experience. Thus, she practices therapy with a trauma-informed approach in her work.
Katelyn applies a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Katelyn is experienced in working with adolescents, teens, and adults. She helps clients with a variety of concerns and issues including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity, and self- confidence/self-esteem. She strives to hold space for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, or gender. She encourages her clients to be authentic and fully themselves.
