Tonia is a licensed professional counselor and a Registered Dance/ Movement Therapist. She works with postpartum moms and couples. She understands the difficulties families face when navigating the world, familial relationships, and changes therein. She believes that we are each unique and have our own stories to tell and paths to travel. Tonia meets her clients where they are on their journey.

Tonia’s goal in therapy is to empower those she works with in making progress in their lives. She uses various psychological theories and interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, Imago therapy, dance therapy and relational therapy in her work with clients. Tonia is focused on providing non-judgmental, empathic, and productive experiences for her clients. She wants her clients to know they are not alone. She is keenly aware that parenting and family life can be hard, but she will be there to help her clients learn skills and behaviors they can implement to make it better.
