Shiloh Office
Megan’s vision in therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for clients to open up and express themselves as well as to encourage and support their goals. She specializes in treating teenagers, college students, and young adults as they adjust through significant life changes and figure out who they are or who they want to become. Megan prefers to use an eclectic approach with clients, as she believes each individual is unique and responds differently to treatment. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy are a few of the approaches Megan uses to help her clients.
Megan values self-care and self-acceptance and wishes to empower wellness within each individual. She helps her clients reconnect with themselves and get back on track to where they want to be, both emotionally and physically. Megan reminds clients that we work at their pace while she is here to guide them through the therapy process.
