Kiesha is a licensed professional counselor with more than 10 years of professional experience
in the mental health field. Her experience in mental health has provided her with a holistic
perspective that human beings are biological, psychological and social beings all at the same
time. She applies this biopsychosocial mindset to her practice. She specializes in working with
couples, individuals and families.

Kiesha applies a variety of techniques to her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
Client-Centered Therapy, and the Family System Model. Her background includes counseling
individuals and families faced with substance abuse issues and behavioral concerns. She enjoys
working with families to address concerns and foster change. By working through family issues
with clients, Kiesha’s hope is that clients learn to understand and empathize with one another
to bring growth.

Kiesha counsels individuals in the area of career-related concerns and career transition as well.
She is a published co-author of a chapter in Career, Lifestyle, and Spiritual Development: Work,
Purpose, Calling, and God.
