Tiffany’s vision in therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for clients to open up and express themselves as well as to encourage and support their goals. Tiffany believes that the therapeutic journey depends highly on the needs of the client and utilizes a range of Cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches to address the needs of clients. Tiffany has experience working with clients ages 5 and up.

Tiffany values client’s feeling empowered and accepted as they move toward wellness. Tiffany strives to help clients recognize their strength and self-worth. Prior to working with Counselors Associates Ltd she worked in community mental health, primarily with children ages 5-14 who were in the foster or adoption process. Tiffany also worked with clients 21 and over battling severe mental illness by providing case management and community support. Tiffany also has experience working with probation and redeploy programs in Illinois helping those battling substance use to find and utilize resources and supports in their community.
