Matt brings over 20 years of professional experience supporting the mental health of adults, adolescents, couples, and families. He has a diverse background in expressive arts and a trauma-informed approach. Matt has facilitated therapeutic programs in assisted living communities, home hospice, youth residential facilities, and schools, among other places, helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult times and transitions.

Matt is passionate about using a solution-focused mindset to help clients remove obstacles, repair relationships, and find what works for them. He is committed to assisting clients to improve their well-being by expressing themselves through various therapeutic activities, including walk-and-talk therapy, creative play, and more. Clients experience an individualized approach and develop tools to cope with stress, learn strategies to improve performance, and discover a path toward acceptance and hope when they work with him.
