Mary Benhoff (She/her), MA, LPC
Mary received her master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University in Missouri in 2018. Mary gained experience over the years working with clientele of all ages that had unresolved issues. She uses integrative techniques such as Eclectic, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies in her sessions. Mary also uses a form of therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which assists clients to move forward and make progress with struggles they may be facing. Mary also incorporates play therapy techniques for the young clients when it’s helpful.
Mary aims to provide a safe, calm, judge-free space for each of her clients to help them feel open to sharing their thoughts and feelings. By creating a comforting space, it helps clients show their true and authentic selves and be able to grow and reach any heights. Mary does not discriminate against anyone and welcomes all clients who want to try therapy.
