Mallory’s ultimate goal in her therapy practice is to provide a safe space where her clients feel understood and at ease with the self-discovery and growth process. She works with children, adolescents and adults. She strives to help her clients reach their full potential and assists them in developing a healthy self-perception, a resilient response to life’s changes and challenges and in developing fulfilling relationships with others. It is incredibly important to Mallory that she and her client build a safe, non-judgmental and trusting relationship. She views her role in the therapeutic process as an honor and is compassionate while walking “side by side” with each and every client.
Mallory utilizes a diverse blend of techniques, as each person is unique and deserves a relatable approach best fit for their circumstances. She incorporates several modalities in her practice, including Client-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
