Libby is a licensed professional counselor who has been working with
several different client populations since 2019. She specializes in working with new
and expectant mothers, especially those experiencing postpartum depression and
anxiety. She also enjoys working with individuals in recovery from substance use,
those considering starting their journey toward sobriety, and family members of
those struggling with addiction.

Libby believes that the client is the expert in the therapeutic relationship and strives
to be a source of support and encouragement on the road to healing and self-
discovery. She utilizes a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She values creativity
and adapting therapy to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Libby believes
that everyone is capable of positive change and deserves to feel like the best version
of themselves.
