Creve Coeur Office

Isabella is in her third year of her Masters program at McKendree University. She has worked as a Mental Health Professional for over two years and has experience working with individuals with depression and anxiety, along with a variety of other mental health concerns.

Isabella works with younger and older adults with various concerns and strives to be a client-centered therapist who uses techniques like CBT, Solution Focused, and Somatic Therapy, amongst others when beneficial to her patients.

Isabella believes in the power of relationships and recognizes the importance of developing a trusting and helpful therapeutic relationship with her clients. She enjoys collaborating with her team and knows how important it is to give and receive support. She wants her clients to make positive changes in their lives and to determine those positive changes for themselves with her support. She believes knowledge is power and through psychoeducation her clients are better equipped to make informed decisions about their lives.
