Del’Brica enjoys providing a healthy, accepting, and supportive space for clients. She has experience working with adults, college students, teens, and children helping them to develop coping strategies and boundary setting while navigating daily life.

Del’Brica uses a combination of treatment techniques based on the needs of the client, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She values building rapport to assist in creating an open and honest therapeutic space. She believes that therapy is a beneficial tool that is not simply for when it feels life is going wrong, but for a variety of reasons a person may experience in their lifetime.
