Callum follows an integrated therapeutic approach with clients, utilizing person-centered, cognitive behavioral and strength-based techniques. He believes in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and looks to build a trusting, safe environment to assist each person with their identified areas of growth.

Callum believes that adaptability is important because each individual will have different needs. He emphasizes the importance of being able to understand the client from their own perspective. Callum wants to help clients feel safe and accepted for who they are.

Callum comes from a sporting background and helps athletes, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress management through various coping strategies.
