Ariana is a graduate of Webster University with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She received her B.A. in Psychology at Saint Louis University with a minor in Sociology. Ariana specializes in serving adults experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships difficulties, stress management, life transitions and self-esteem issues. Ariana incorporates integrative therapy techniques and client-centered approaches in her sessions. She also serves LGBTQIA+ clients focusing on topics such as transitioning, coming out, and dealing with discrimination and stigma.

Ariana aims to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and create their own goals. She believes it is important to allow clients the room to create their own meaning, making that is healthy and beneficial for them. Ariana believes that everyone is capable of change and worthy of the opportunity to work to better themselves. She loves to laugh in her sessions and will incorporate the things that her clients enjoy into therapy to make the experience richer and more beneficial. Ariana encourages her clients to come as they are and be their authentic selves.
