Ariana Brown, MA, LPC, NCC
Ariana is a graduate of Webster University with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She received her B.A. in Psychology at Saint Louis University with a minor in Sociology. Ariana specializes in serving adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships difficulties, stress management, life transitions and self-esteem issues. Ariana incorporates integrative therapy techniques, client-centered approaches and Adlerian therapies in her sessions. Occasionally Ariana runs psychoeducational group therapy sessions with teens. She also serves LGBTQIA+ clients focusing on topics such as transitioning, coming out, and dealing with discrimination and stigma.
Ariana aims to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and create their own goals. She believes it is important to allow clients the room to create their own meaning making that is health and beneficial for them. Ariana believes that everyone is capable of change and worthy of the opportunity to work to better themselves.
